In 2007 Phoenix Restoration acquired the AQS desiccant platforms including the 1200 portable desiccant, 1800 desiccant system and the 4800 electric and propane industrial desiccants. The patented ByPass ™ is used in the R175, R200 and 200HT. It’s like shifting gears on the refrigeration system allowing more water removal at high temperatures. In 2005, Bypass Technology, an innovative, patented process created by Phoenix engineers allowing LGRs to operate in temperatures as high as 125✯ was introduced. The HydroX’s patented suction roller uniquely provides both suction and compression forcing water to the surface, making it one of the most effective extraction tools in the industry, even more than a decade later.

In 2004 the Phoenix Axial Air Mover, specifically engineered with patented Focus ™ Technology, revolutionized evaporative drying by producing airflow velocities of 3,000 CFM, while using less than 2.5 amps of electricity (high speed).Īlso in 2004, Phoenix acquired the HydroX Xtreme Xtractor and Vacuum Pac product designs from Bolden Manufacturing. The true 1,400 CFM capacity and multiple ducting options of the Guardian allow it to perform several critical air quality remediation functions simultaneously preventing the spread of contamination. In 1998 Phoenix introduced the Guardian HEPA System, the first portable air scrubbing device designed exclusively for restoration. The Phoenix 200 MAX, an improved version of the original 200, is the culmination of eight years of LGR manufacturing and design expertise and still a favorite in the industry today. In fact, the term “LGR” was actually created to describe the unique drying capabilities of the Phoenix 200 dehumidifier. In 1994 Phoenix made its debut to the restoration industry by introducing the Phoenix 200 -the very first Low Grain Refrigerant or LGR dehumidifier.

This lineup includes best in class LGR Dehumidifiers, Desiccant Dehumidifiers, HEPA Air Scrubbers, Extraction Tools, Centrifugal and Axial Air Movers, Portable Heating and Cooling Systems, Hydronic Heat Systems, Metering Devices and accessories. Now, 20 years later, Phoenix boasts the most complete product offering for every restoration scenario.

Over the past two decades, Phoenix has become synonymous with excellence in performance, design and value for the restoration professional. Established in 1994 in Madison, WI, Phoenix Restoration Equipment is celebrating its 20 th Anniversary in 2014.
